We use specialized tools, such as an ultrasonic scaler and hand instruments, to remove any built-up plaque and tartar from the teeth and under the gum line. We will then polish the teeth to remove any remaining bacteria, smooth out rough surfaces that may attract more plaque, and rinse your pet’s mouth. We may also apply a fluoride treatment to strengthen their teeth.

Tooth Extractions and Minor Oral Surgery

If we notice any decayed or diseased teeth during our exam and cleaning, we will contact you immediately to gain permission for tooth extractions. We closely monitor your pet’s vital signs throughout the procedure and will provide necessary pain relief medication to ensure their comfort during recovery.
