I’ve been bringing my cat to Hixson Pet Wellness for about six months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The entire team from the front desk to the vet techs is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The vet is absolutely wonderful she’s thorough, honest, and takes her time during each visit to make sure I fully understand everything about my cat’s health. I brought my cat in recently to have a lump checked out, and it turned out to be a small cyst. The vet explained everything clearly and gave me easy-to-follow instructions on how to monitor it at home. What I really appreciate is that they never push unnecessary treatments. Instead, they take the time to educate you so you can make the best decisions for your pet. The pricing is very reasonable, and the clinic has a calm, low-traffic environment that really helps keep my cat relaxed during visits. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the animals. I highly recommend Hixson Pet Wellness to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for their pets!

Finally a vet clinic that doesn’t walk your dog to the back room to pull bloodwork and do shots and anything like that. They sit with my dog in the floor to examine her and are kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Jones and I have spoken and discussed something’s. I have been using Hixson Pet wellness center for 4 years. Dr. Jones is so caring and will take care of all your pets needs. When I went to her the first time I had taken my little cat Ruby and she did a fantastic job on finding out what was wrong with her. She was diagnosed with leukemia and Dr. Jones took really good care of her and I got to keep her for two more years. This is an excellent pet center and Dr. Jones is the best. I will be using Hixson Wellness Center for all my pet needs please if you have a pet and you don’t have a place to take them give Hixson Wellness Center a call you won’t be sorry you did. They have excellent staff who will assist you with all your pet needs. I thank God for Dr.Jones and her staff. 🩷
