We have been using Hixson Pet Wellness Center to help care for our dogs for years. Dr. Jones is an excellent veterinarian and an incredible human being! From the basics such as annual wellness checks and vaccinations to more urgent issues and even end of life care, Dr. Jones and her staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring and genuinely involved and supportive. Not only are we clients and big fans of this practice, all of our pet loving friends are now clients as well.

The online store affiliated with Hixson Pet Wellness Center makes filling the prescriptions for our dogs’ preventative medications easy and affordable. If we are ever late in ordering a refill, Dr. Jones has the medications available for us to stop by and pick up a month or two’s supply.

We are currently on our second generation of dogs that receive care from Hixson Pet Wellness Center and I can’t imagine going anywhere else or having a better quality of care for our dogs.

What an AMAZING veterinary clinic!!!!!!! 1000 ⭐️'s to them. EVERYONE was polite, kind, and caring. Dr. Jones got down on the floor to examine the 2 seven week old kittens I had brought in. I've never had a vet do that before. I've also never before seen the amount of care and concern in a veterinarian eyes. She handled them with the utmost care and listened to my husband and I when we gave answers and an explanation of why the kittens were in the condition they were in. The whole building was clean, and smelled nicely. It was quiet and peaceful the entire visit. They have now become my permanent veterinarian clinic. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’ve been bringing my cat to Hixson Pet Wellness for about six months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The entire team from the front desk to the vet techs is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The vet is absolutely wonderful she’s thorough, honest, and takes her time during each visit to make sure I fully understand everything about my cat’s health.

I brought my cat in recently to have a lump checked out, and it turned out to be a small cyst. The vet explained everything clearly and gave me easy-to-follow instructions on how to monitor it at home. What I really appreciate is that they never push unnecessary treatments. Instead, they take the time to educate you so you can make the best decisions for your pet.

The pricing is very reasonable, and the clinic has a calm, low-traffic environment that really helps keep my cat relaxed during visits. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the animals. I highly recommend Hixson Pet Wellness to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for their pets!

Coopers Mom says: We bring all our babies here. Best vet I have ever used and I’ve lived all over. I trust Dr. Jones and her staff with all my pets and will always recommend them.

Cooper says: “Mom said I was going to day camp. I was expecting swimming, finger painting, story time. Instead they roofied me and I woke up with a tattoo and my balls shaved. My brother Axl warned me. He went to a different day camp… Chatta-something and that’s what they did to him too. I didn’t even get any food. I do not recommend.”

Seriously though, bring your pets here. You will get the best care at the best price. They do it for the love of our pets and it shows.

Dr. Jones and I have spoken and discussed something’s. I have been using Hixson Pet wellness center for 4 years. Dr. Jones is so caring and will take care of all your pets needs. When I went to her the first time I had taken my little cat Ruby and she did a fantastic job on finding out what was wrong with her. She was diagnosed with leukemia and Dr. Jones took really good care of her and I got to keep her for two more years. This is an excellent pet center and Dr. Jones is the best. I will be using Hixson Wellness Center for all my pet needs please if you have a pet and you don’t have a place to take them give Hixson Wellness Center a call you won’t be sorry you did. They have excellent staff who will assist you with all your pet needs. I thank God for Dr.Jones and her staff. 🩷
